How to Buy WordFrame Subscriptions

The most straightforward way of buying WordFrame Community is for us to provide it Software as a Service for a monthly subscription fee that takes in to account the licence fee for the size of your community each month, as well as a hosting fee for the hardware capacity required to support it.

Our subscription pricing model caters for two types of user as they are added or invited in to a WordFrame system:

- Contributor user - someone who has a WordFrame profile and creates a post, or edits a wiki document
- Consumer user - someone who has a WordFrame profile, may have added comments, but no posts or wiki document editing.

For public sites and groups we also need to cater for the:

- Guest user - someone who does not sign in to WordFrame but uses the community site and may have the ability to add comments.

Note that Consumer users are billed from the month their profile is created, and Contributor users are billed from the month they create a blog or a wiki document.

We are currently developing a standard price list, which provides a banded, matrix of prices for different types of user. The matrix will cater for different sizes of community, and will provide a sliding scale of subscription prices as the community size increases. It will also cater for the hosting capacity and bandwidth required for the community.

However, one of the challenges we have is in providing a simple, published price list which caters for the very different capacities and variations of use for different types of community that might adopt WordFrame. We want to provide attractive pricing for small and medium enterprises and businesses with a few users in their community, as well as sensible pricing for larger communities with hundreds of thousands of users.

Consequently, please contact us with your details, and we will provide a specific quotation or proposal for your circumstances. Remember that you can also contact us for a free trial system to test WordFrame's capability without risk.

Please note that we aim to be flexible, so we are also happy to quote a subscription fee for installing WordFrame:

- on site on your own servers
- as an appliance that we connect to your network.
