WordFrame Customer Support

WordFrame Support is an integral part of maximizing your investment in WordFrame Platform.

Support services include access to our Support Sites for online answers, expertise-based service by our support engineering staff, and software maintenance to ensure you have the most up-to-date technology.

We provide:

Software Support
The standard WordFrame subscription provides new releases as and when they become available, and access to the help desk for defect correction. However, we can provide additional, tailored support services for organisations that need a higher level of service, or to cater for special circumstances. We're flexible, so you can either buy this on an ad-hoc basis when you need it, or at a discounted rate if you agree an additional support contract and an amount of additional support hours over a period.

Community Support
Beyond the support of the software platform itself, many installations will require additional help and advice to achieve the purpose and objectives of that particular community. We can either provide, or help you set up and man, a community support helpdesk. The helpdesk services could be provided by email, through our online support system, by live chat, or by telephone. Call us to discuss your specific requirements and we'll put together an appropriate support contract and infrastructure for your community.

Online SupportOur support services include:

- help.wordframe.net - wiki portal for online documentation, manuals and release notes

- forums.wordframe.com - discussion portal

In addition we can deliver most of our training and workshop sessions online using video conferencing and web meeting tools.
